I am a full time Real Estate Agent at the #1 agency in the area, Coldwell Banker Ward Real Estate. Graduating from Hondros College for Real Estate, additional training with Coldwell Banker University, and Continuing Education classes I am armed with the most current techniques, along with information on government tax credits, home warranties, loans, etc. 

Being an Ashland area native, graduating from Ashland High School and raising my family here, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to Ashland County and the surrounding areas. I pride myself in communication, accessibility and integrity with remarkable attention to detail and a drive for results. It is my personal goal to always provide superior service in all aspects of real estate.

Before pursuing my career in the real estate field, I spent the last several years selling consumer products to retail stores all across the U.S. and was a consistent million dollar producer.  It is this sales experience, along with my real estate knowledge that ensures your real estate needs will be carried out professionally, efficiently and personally.

In addition to selling real estate, I enjoy home design and home staging.  I have remodeled several homes of my own, winning the home medallion award for the improvements on my first home.  I have helped friends and family members with many ideas for interior decorating and home improvement projects.  For the home seller, I can make recommendations on how to stage your home to increase the marketability.  For the home buyer, I can offer recommendations for home improvements, to make a house become your home.
